A 100% handmade huarache from Mexico
Each pair of Alegre sandals is crafted in our workshops in Michoacán, in the heart of Mexico, by artisans who carry on ancestral know-how. The braiding of the iris leather is done entirely by hand, directly on the upper—a traditional technique that requires nearly 16 hours of work per pair. Each huarache is thus unique, the signature of ethical and authentic craftsmanship.
