General conditions of the Mapache loyalty program

1. Purpose of the program

The Mapache loyalty program rewards your commitment by offering you exclusive benefits based on your cumulative purchases.

2. Membership in the Program

Membership in the Program is free and reserved for customers:

  • Aged 18 or older.
  • Having a customer account on our site.
  • Subscribe to our Newsletter.
  • Having accepted these General Conditions.

Registration is done via our website and takes effect immediately.

3. Accumulation of points & loyalty levels

Points are calculated on all expenses incurred , including those incurred prior to enrollment in the Program.

Depending on the total amount of your purchases, you reach a loyalty level which allows you to obtain benefits:

Bronze Level (from €300 of cumulative purchases)
Free delivery all season long

Silver Level (from €500 in cumulative purchases)
Free delivery all season long
10% discount all season long

Gold Level (from €700 in cumulative purchases)
Free delivery all season long
10% discount all season long
An exclusive gift offered

To benefit from your advantages, you must be logged into your customer account and apply the corresponding promotional codes (available in your customer account).

Your status is automatically updated as soon as you reach the required amount.

4. Consultation of the status

You can view your loyalty tier and benefits in your customer account. You'll also be kept informed of your status progress via email, thanks to our regular reminders.

5. Conditions of use of benefits

  • Tier benefits are personal and non-transferable.
  • The benefits of the tiers are valid throughout the season , as long as the Program is in effect.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers except for shoes in the "OUTLET" category.
  • The "exclusive gift" offer is valid only once upon reaching the Gold tier. It cannot be offered if your entire order is returned. In this case, it will be charged.
  • Your benefits take effect automatically upon payment only if you are logged into your customer account with the email address registered for the loyalty program.

6. Modification and duration of the Program

  • Membership in the Program is valid for an unlimited period , unless terminated by the member or by our company.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time, providing members with reasonable notice.

7. Unsubscription and Removal of Benefits

  • You can unsubscribe from the Program at any time by contacting our customer service at the following email address: serviceclient@mapache.com
  • If you do not use your account for 24 consecutive months , we reserve the right to deactivate your benefits.

8. Protection of personal data

The Company collects and uses members' personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data collected will be used solely for the management of the Program and related communications.
The member has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the use of their personal data by contacting the company at the following address: serviceclient@mapache.com. Personal data collected as part of the Program is used solely for its proper functioning and will not be transferred to third parties. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and deletion in accordance with current regulations.

9. Applicable Rights and Disputes

These general terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to resolve their dispute amicably. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court.

Since January 1, 2016, mediation has been mandatory for everyone. Therefore, any professional selling to individuals is required to provide the contact details of a competent mediator in the event of a dispute, regardless of whether they sell remotely or in a physical store (Source: FEVAD).

10. Acceptance of the conditions

Membership in the Program implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions as well as acceptance of being contacted by Mapache in the context of emails related to marketing offers.
